Breakfast Egg Muffins

Very easy breakfast egg muffins with vegetables and ham are an interesting alternative to scrambled eggs and omelette. You can serve them for breakfast, take them to work / school or eat them for a light dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 eggs
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 pinch salt, pepper, sweet peppers
  • 10 slices favorite ham
  • 30 g grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Then chop the chives, dice the sausage and paprika. Add the prepared ingredients and the grated cheese to the eggs. We mix thoroughly. Rub the silicone cupcake molds with grease and put the mass into them.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are cut and golden brown. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

For baking, we can use a greased baking tray with recesses for cupcakes.
