Green Beans with Feta Cheese and Sesame

This green bean salad is the best! Perfectly cooked green beans with feta cheese and sesame with garlic. Recipe yields 2 side servings.

Ingredients
  

  • 360 g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 to 3” long pieces
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the green beans and put in boiling water and boil for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are nearly tender.
  • Roast the sesame in a dry pan.
  • Fry chopped garlic in hot butter, add cooked beans and sesame. Season with freshly ground pepper, mix and heat for another 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the dish with chopped feta cheese. Enjoy!
