Green Beans with Feta Cheese and Sesame
This green beans salad, served simply with feta cheese and sesame seeds. This is an ideal vegetarian side salad and ready in just 15 minutes.
Green Beans with Feta Cheese and Sesame
This green bean salad is the best! Perfectly cooked green beans with feta cheese and sesame with garlic. Recipe yields 2 side servings.
Ingredients
- 360 g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 to 3” long pieces
- 30 g feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wash the green beans and put in boiling water and boil for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are nearly tender.
- Roast the sesame in a dry pan.
- Fry chopped garlic in hot butter, add cooked beans and sesame. Season with freshly ground pepper, mix and heat for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the dish with chopped feta cheese. Enjoy!
