Simple and Quick Quinoa Salad with Vegetables
Simple and Quick Quinoa Salad with Vegetables is a fine, protein-packed grain that helps to keep you satisfied until your next meal, making this veggie salad a great lunchbox filler
Ingredients
- 100 g white quinoa
- 1 hendful green olives
- 4 pieces pickled cucumber
- 1/2 red sweet paprika
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 radishes
- some nice leaves (mint, basil, parsley coriander and everything else that you hunt and what you don't have time to eat.
- 1 tbsp sanflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
- pinch of salt, papper, red sweet paprika, turmeric
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under running water and boil one part quinoa into two parts water. Set aside to cool.
- Cut the vegetables into cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix salad ingredients: chopped vegetables, quinoa, add spices, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.
- Finally, add sunflower seeds and black cumin seeds.Enjoy
