Ingredients
  

  • 100 g white quinoa
  • 1 hendful green olives
  • 4 pieces pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 red sweet paprika
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 radishes
  • some nice leaves (mint, basil, parsley coriander and everything else that you hunt and what you don't have time to eat.
  • 1 tbsp sanflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
  • pinch of salt, papper, red sweet paprika, turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the quinoa under running water and boil one part quinoa into two parts water. Set aside to cool.
  • Cut the vegetables into cubes.
  • In a large bowl, mix salad ingredients: chopped vegetables, quinoa, add spices, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.
  • Finally, add sunflower seeds and black cumin seeds.Enjoy
