Ingredients
  

  • 100 g white quinoa
  • 1 hendful green olives
  • 4 pieces pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 red sweet paprika
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 radishes
  • some nice leaves (mint, basil, parsley coriander and everything else that you hunt and what you don't have time to eat.
  • 1 tbsp sanflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
  • pinch of salt, papper, red sweet paprika, turmeric

Method
 

  1. Rinse the quinoa under running water and boil one part quinoa into two parts water. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cut the vegetables into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix salad ingredients: chopped vegetables, quinoa, add spices, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Finally, add sunflower seeds and black cumin seeds.Enjoy
