Kale Smoothie with Ginger

Green cocktails are a real health bomb for our body. Green leaves give energy, cleanse and strengthen the body, and have a great effect on beauty. This Kale Smoothie is so delicious, even the kids will love it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 ginger

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. You may need top and scrape down the sides of the blender to help everything blend evenly. Pour into a glass and serve right away!
