Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Greek Yogurt
This healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Greek Yogurt is rich and silky smooth and you really can’t taste the avocado. If you’ve never tried avocado chocolate mousse before, this healthy recipe will take you completely by surprise!
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 6 dry figs
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 150 g blueberry
- 1/2 pomegranate
- Blend banana, avocado, figs, cacao and cinnamon for chocolate mousse.
- Place the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add chocolate mousse.
- Top with the almonds and fruits.
If your chocolate mousse is for you to thick you can add some water when blending.
