Tasty oatmeal porridge with fruit milk is healthy, delicious and filling. Oatmeal, nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds other dried and fresh fruit is good for health! Oatmeal is a great idea for a healthy breakfast or a snack during the day.

  • 360 ml milk, organic soya milk or water
  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 85 g strawberries
  • 85 g blueberries
  • 36 g almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 1 tbsp natural honey


  • Place the oats and the milk or water in a large pan over a medium heat.
  • Add linseeds, stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge – if you like your porridge runnier, simply add a splash more milk or water until you’ve got the consistency you like.
  • Add peanut butter, honey to taste and mix. Jazz up your porridge with strawberries, blueberries and almonds
